The contractor shall supply household and cleaning supplies to the Virgin Islands Department of Education territory-wide, with deliveries made directly to the ordering department between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Deliveries must be made within twenty calendar days after receipt of an official purchase order, and the contractor assumes all responsibility for delivery including picking up from docks and transporting to the department. The contract period is from execution to September 30, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional one-year period subject to availability of funds.
