Audit Services for DOF in the U. S. Virgin Islands
The selected contractor will audit the basic financial statements of the Government of the Virgin Islands for fiscal years ending September 30, 2026, 2027, and 2028, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and will also conduct OMB Circular A-133 audits of federal financial assistance programs for the same years. The contractor must provide sufficient staffing, conduct entrance/exit conferences and biweekly briefings, evaluate inclusion of component units, and perform quarterly agreed-upon procedures on gross receipts tax collections beginning with the quarter ended December 31, 2026 through September 30, 2028, as well as annual agreed-upon procedures verifying General Fund income, property and excise tax revenues in connection with the Government Financial Accountability Act of 1999.
