The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is officiallysoliciting bids for an integrated digital media placement and travelerintelligence data agreement to support statewide heritage tourism promotion andaudience targeting.

**PROPRIETARY PROCUREMENT DECLARATION:**Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2155.067 and § 442.005, theTHC has declared a proprietary need for the specific integrated digitaltracking and placement solution detailed in the solicitation files. Thisproprietary determination is based on AJR Media Group, LLC’s exclusiveownership and publishing control of TourTexas.com, its stated exclusiveauthorization to provide specified Datafy analytics dashboard access toTexas state entities, and the technical requirement to integrate these exactcomponents with the agency's media placement and physical site attributionmethodology.

Alternate vendors who believe they can offer a fullyintegrated tracking environment providing identical single-source publishingmetrics, physical visitation mapping, and localized destination length-of-staytracking may submit a formal bid response.
