Workers’ Compensation Third Party Claims Administration Services
The Contractor will provide third-party workers' compensation claims administration services, including claims reporting and investigation, telephonic and field case management, claim escalation and reserving, return-to-work coordination, Medicare Secondary Payer Section 111 reporting, and operation of a secure web-based Claims and Risk Management Information System (RMIS) that integrates with Forsyth County's existing systems. The Contractor must meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for timeliness, claim management, claim closure, quality, and reporting, and must maintain a physical office in Georgia with at least three active public entity clients.
