The Territory seeks an enterprise, interoperable platform to unify clinical, administrative, financial, and public health workflows across public facilities and participating private entities, integrating with the Virgin Islands Health Information Exchange (VI HIE). The deployment scope includes 11 facilities (JFL Hospital, Schneider Regional, CKCI, MKS Clinic, Frederiksted Health Care, STEEMCC, VIDOH Clinics, 4 Private Practices, plus territory-wide Lab & Pharmacy integrations), 650 baseline user licenses (150 Physicians/APPs, 350 Nursing/Allied Health, 200 Ancillary/Admin/Billing), and an implementation target of 12–18 months from execution, prioritizing simultaneous hospital go-lives.
