The contractor shall furnish, deliver, install, configure, test, commission, and support two fully operational correctional-grade humanoid security robots designed for detention and high-security environments. The robots must include AI-enabled surveillance and monitoring software, charging and docking stations, fleet management software, security management interfaces, required software licenses, communications systems, training and operational documentation, warranty coverage, and ongoing maintenance and technical support. The robots shall function as force-multiplying assets capable of autonomous patrol operations, inmate communications, behavioral monitoring, incident detection, and integrated security operations. The contractor must also provide comprehensive training for designated VIBOC personnel, including administrator, operator, and technical training, and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 13482, UL 4600, OSHA, IEEE AI Ethics Guidelines, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and CJIS Security Policy.
