The GCPD E911 Communications Division seeks to procure a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that automates current survey manual processes. Key features include Survey Management (automated initiation, sending, and collection of surveys based on preset department criteria), Reporting and Analysis (transforming raw data into structured data for data-driven insight), and Administration and Compliance (ADA compliance and system management abilities). The solution must integrate with Centralsquare Enterprise CAD, support multilingual communication (Spanish, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese), and include sentiment analysis, real-time dashboarding, and role-based access control. The successful service provider will provide the software solution, maintenance, and professional services as described in the proposal.
