Services include monthly preventive maintenance (visual inspections, engine/alternator/control system checks, fuel/exhaust/cooling system inspections, battery and electrical checks, filter and oil changes, coolant analysis, ATS inspection, load bank testing), operational testing (monthly no-load and load testing, verifying automatic startup/transfer/shutdown), annual load bank testing, corrective maintenance and repair services (diagnostic troubleshooting, emergency repair, electrical/mechanical/fuel system repairs, control panel/alternator/starter/ATS repairs, component replacement), and 24/7 emergency response services with telephone response within one hour and on-site response within four hours for critical facilities.
