The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contract to provide General Contractor for the construction of a new office wing, new classroom wing, new athletics wing, remodeling of existing classroom and office spaces, and miscellaneous site improvements at Taylorsville High School according to the attached Project Manual for Taylorsville High School Addition.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code. Please review Instructions to Respondents to know how scoring will occur for this Request for Proposal. Only Respondents that were prequalified in DB27-009-RFSQ may respond to this solicitation.

It is anticipated this expenditure will require GSD Board approval. Award recommendation will be presented at the 11/24/2026 board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
