The City of Vineyard (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to bid on a Design-Build Contract for an All-Wheels Concrete Skate Park.
The selected vendor shall provide both:
The City’s objective is to provide a 16,000 square foot public non-supervised All-Wheels Concrete Skate Park constructed with permanent, durable cast-in-place concrete and must meet the safety standards for current skateparks, including: flow, traffic patterns, and other aspects that pertain to various skill and ability levels, and ensures proper drainage.

Most Utah work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what a GC or agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
