The work includes mobilization, traffic control, public information services, railroad flagging, survey, reconstruction of catch basins, valve boxes, and manholes, removal of concrete curb and gutter, roadway excavation, untreated base course, asphalt pavement soft spot repair, UTBC soft spot repair, HMHMA - 1/2 inch, emulsified asphalt (tack), concrete curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, chip seal coat, rotomilling, pavement marking paint, pavement messages, signs, and contract time items.
