Behavioral Health Renovations - Level 06

The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler (“Owner”) soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a General Contractor firm for Behavioral Health Renovations – Level 06 (“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler is soliciting proposals for supervision, materials, equipment, and labor for renovations to the 6th floor, 20,000 sf of new behavioral health space; to include all related work as described in the construction documents issued as part of this RFP.
