GAOA Barracks Renovation Phase 2 Tahoe NF

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete work items listed in the Schedule of Items, including: roofing (remove and replace with screwless or hidden fastener high-rib style metal roofing, including structural repairs, venting, gutters, and disposal); siding (remove and replace siding and trim, with asbestos siding to be kept and new siding installed on top for Building 1029, including insulation repair and painting); flooring (remove and replace with commercial grade vinyl plank flooring, including structural repairs); interior painting (paint all interior walls with satin finish, Swiss coffee colored paint); bathroom renovation (gut and renovate bathrooms, replacing tubs/showers with standing showers, vanities, faucets, toilets, and fixtures); cabinets and countertops (remove and replace with modern, high quality cabinets and Corian solid surface countertops); and HAZMAT mitigation (properly remove and dispose of asbestos containing materials). The contractor must also provide full submittals for approval prior to purchase and installation.
