A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM CT at 4500 University Dr, Houston, TX 77004 at the Rotunda Classroom #1004. The room is easily accessible from the main entrances on University Dr. or MLK.
Failure to attend the mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit will result in disqualification.
