The Governor’s Commission for Women (“Commission”) within the Office of the Governor (“OOG”) seeks to procure audio visual services and support for the Commission’s 2027 Texas Women’s Leadership Conference and Legislative Luncheon.
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive audio-visual equipment, technical services, and onsite personnel for the 2027 Texas Women's Leadership Conference and Legislative Luncheon to be held February 2-3, 2027, at JW Marriott Austin. The Legislative Luncheon will be on February 2, 2027, and the Conference on February 3, 2027. Services are required across multiple event spaces including the 3rd Floor Lonestar Ballroom and 4th Floor Grand Ballrooms. Required deliverables include projection packages, video processing, audio consoles, podium microphones, wireless microphones, presenter timing systems, cue systems, video capture, stage lighting, drape, televisions, and associated personnel such as video camera operators, audio technicians, video technicians, show callers, stage managers, and setup/strike crews. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, configuration, testing, operation, and teardown.
