Proposals for District Fundraiser Services, Request for Proposal #26-07-2020R-RFP will be received on a continual basis, June 30, 2027 10:00 AM CT. Proposals may be submitted on any and/or all items. CFISD reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to accept any bid deemed most advantageous to the CFISD and to waive any informalities in bidding. NOTE: Responses to all bids and proposals made available to registered vendors in the eBid system New Vendors are required to register on eBid. Bids and proposals must be submitted via the eBid system electronically. If addendums are issued on any bid, it is the responsibility of the vendor to review the eBid system for addenda.

If your company was awarded one of the previous RFPs, #22-07-2020R-RFP, #23-07-2020R-RFP, #24-07-2020R-RFP, or #25-07-2020R-RFP District Fundraiser Services, you DO NOT need to respond to this proposal, but an updated Electronic Conflict of Interest Questionnaire must be submitted electronically, dated on/or after July 1, 2026 at the following link: https://lf-forms-1.cfisd.net/Forms/COI.

If your organizations scope of work primarily involves event entertainment or rental services, please do not submit a proposal under this solicitation. Instead refer to the appropriate (Contracted Event Entertainment & Rental Services 26-07-2050RFP).
