TWC is seeking proposals for Conference Services, including conference/meeting space, food & beverage, and sleeping rooms to host the 2028 and 2029 TWC Statewide Conferences.
The Successful Respondent must provide conference event services in accordance with the requirements as stated in this RFP and all attachments. The conferences are three days long with two days of pre-conference meetings, with an estimated attendance of approximately 1,600 attendees. The respondent must provide guestrooms, meeting space, catering, and audio visual services as detailed in the Scope of Work. TWC preferred locations are San Antonio and Houston but are open to cities in Texas that can accommodate the conference needs.
