Prebuy Aircraft Inspection Services

The selected contractor shall perform a two-phase inspection: Phase 1 involves a comprehensive records review and compliance audit of maintenance, airworthiness, and flight records for up to four aircraft; Phase 2 involves a detailed physical inspection and functional checks at the aircraft's location for up to two aircraft, including structural emphasis, powerplant, systems, and airtanker-specific systems. Deliverables include written reports with findings, risk assessments, and purchase recommendations.
