Tarleton State University is soliciting competitive bids from qualified Respondents to provide commencement flowers, gifts, and related graduation merchandise for sale at designated University commencement ceremonies.
The successful Respondent will provide all personnel, products, inventory, equipment, supplies, point-of-sale capabilities, and other resources necessary to promote, display, sell, and manage approved commencement-related merchandise at designated University commencement events.
The successful Respondent will provide all personnel, products, inventory, equipment, supplies, point-of-sale capabilities, and other resources necessary to promote, display, sell, and manage approved commencement-related merchandise at designated University commencement events. Products may include, but are not limited to, fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, leis, teddy bears and other plush items, commemorative gifts, graduation keepsakes, and other commencement-related merchandise. Respondents shall propose a percentage of Gross Sales to be paid to Tarleton State University and shall provide proposed retail pricing or a defined pricing methodology.
