PROVIDER shall perform lawn and grounds maintenance services for BRA’s Central Office located at 4600 Cobbs Drive, Waco, Texas 76710. The Work shall consist of the furnishing of all labor personnel, equipment, chemicals, services, appliances, and incidentals required for the delivery of the lawn and grounds maintenance services described herein.
The PROVIDER shall perform lawn and grounds maintenance services for BRA’s Central Office located at 4600 Cobbs Drive, Waco, Texas 76710. The Work includes mowing designated lawn areas, edging and trimming, weeding, trimming or shaping shrubs, pruning mature trees, replacing plants, replacing fill-in mulch and decomposed granite, removing silt from detention pond drainage flumes, maintaining the irrigation system, and applying chemicals (herbicide, insecticide, fertilizer, fire ant control) using organic, EPA-approved products. Recurring services are normally performed on Thursdays, and non-recurring services are performed on an as-needed basis at the direction of the BRA.
