Interested Vendors can submit a proposal to abrown@bakerripley.org by Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 10:00 AM (CT).
The contractor shall install, repair, and maintain commercial lockable hardware such as doors, automatic electric doors, windows, lockers, and magnetic keying systems; maintain master key systems; produce and modify hardware for locks; produce new keys; design master key systems; design, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance programs; respond to emergency calls within specified timeframes; and perform other related tasks as detailed in the scope of services.
