Texas Tech University ("TTU") seeks qualified Proposer(s) to provide Maintenance and Repair Staff Augmentation Services (“Services”) to support TTU’s growing and developing campus. TTU requires skilled, semi-skilled, and trade-specific Personnel (“Personnel”) to supplement existing TTU staff and ensure the timely completion of maintenance, repair, renovation, and operational support tasks across TTU-owned and leased Facilities.
The selected proposer(s) will supply skilled, semi-skilled, and trade-specific personnel to supplement existing TTU staff for maintenance, repair, renovation, and operational support tasks across TTU-owned and leased facilities. Personnel may be assigned to routine maintenance, emergency repairs, renovation projects, preventative maintenance, and large-scale construction-related tasks. Trade categories include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, masonry, painting, grounds maintenance, demolition, roadwork, facility maintenance, acoustical/drywall, building construction, storefront/glass work, building envelope repairs, flooring, special trades, boiler/chiller services, site preparation/tunnel work, and custodial services. Assignments are on an as-needed basis and may range from short-term to long-term.
