Tarleton State University (hereinafter referred to as “Tarleton”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering firms and intends to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide professional architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis. Tarleton is an institution of higher education located in Stephenville, TX and various other campus locations. Vendor must have demonstrated competence in providing these services and must have the qualifications necessary to perform the services outlined in this RFQ.
Perform architectural and engineering services on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity basis for University construction projects less than $10 million, including site investigation, pre-design and existing conditions studies, design, construction documents, constructability review and evaluation, estimating, technical design reviews, procurement support, submittal and shop drawing review and approval, record drawings, construction site inspection and close-out documentation across architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, fire protection, historic preservation, estimating, code compliance, environmental, life safety, quality control, scheduling, space planning and sustainability, with secondary expertise such as security, surveying, LEED, risk assessment, vertical transportation, master planning and report writing.
