In the email, state your company name, names of attendees, an email address and phone number for each attendee, and reference the solicitation for which you are RSVPing. Confirmed receipt by Tarrant County of this email is preferred. After the RSVP deadline, a virtual invitation will be sent to participants. Questions from bidders will be addressed at the pre-bid conference. Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled pre-bid conference does so at his own risk. Such applicant who submits a bid and does not attend the scheduled pre-bid conference waives any right to assert claims due to undiscovered conditions.
