Remove existing roof and roofing components including counter-flashings, copings, gravel stops, and insulation down to decking. Inspect and replace deteriorated decking at unit prices. Install base sheet per wind uplift requirements (VersiPly 40 for gypsum decking, HPR Torch Base for concrete decking, polyisocyanurate insulation for metal decking). Install tapered insulation crickets between drains and ½" primed wood fiberboard. Sump all drains to achieve 4' x 4' pan. Install new HPR two-ply modified system consisting of StressBase 80 base sheet and StressPly Plus smooth cap set in Garlastic KM Plus adhesive. Install flashing plies at perimeters and penetrations using StressBase 80 and StressPly Plus FR mineral surfaced sheets per details. Fabricate copings and counter-flashings from 22 Ga. prefinished steel. Install pitch pans and gravel guards around drains using 16 oz. cold rolled copper. Apply flood coat of Black-Knight Cold coal-tar pitch at 5 gallons per square with 500 lbs/sq of pea gravel. Apply SilverShield Aluminizer reflective coating to exposed SBS flashings. Reinstall and certify lightning protection system. Provide daily on-site inspection and reporting by Garland representative.
