The contractor will perform selective demolition of existing exterior and interior athletic entry doors including thresholds, frames, transoms and anchors, and furnish and install ten replacement aluminum doors with frames, insulated and School Guard glazing, continuous hinges, power transfers, exit devices, cylinders, closers, automatic operators, actuators, stops, thresholds, bottoms, weatherstripping, power supplies and access-control readers, with interior vestibule doors 201-205 completed and operational before exterior doors 101-105, including a $10,000 allowance, State building permit, and coordination around the athletic schedule.
