The awarded bidder supplies one new, unused full-size passenger van, model year 2026 or newer and not previously titled, with at least 10 factory-installed seating positions including the driver and lap/shoulder restraints at every position. The base bid requires a manufacturer-offered gasoline V-6 engine with manufacturer-standard automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive, manufacturer wheelbase for the passenger configuration, manufacturer standard or low-roof configuration, glazed passenger-compartment side and rear windows, front and rear passenger-compartment heating and air conditioning, solid white exterior paint, factory passenger seats, floor covering with all-weather floor mats, factory wheels and all-season tires with a full-size spare, GVWR of at least 8,600 pounds, rearview camera, power door locks, cruise control, AM/FM audio, splash guards at all four wheel positions, and two additional keys or key fobs. The bidder must include dealer preparation, freight, delivery, documentation and all other charges, deliver the van to the LISD Porter Center at 2946 Sutton Road, Adrian, Michigan 49221, and provide a clean, unencumbered title listing the Lenawee Intermediate School District, 4107 N. Adrian Highway, Adrian, Michigan 49221, as owner.
