The vendor shall provide and install a new integrated PA and Bell system at JCISD North Campus, including Lyle Torrant Center (1175 W Parnall Rd), Kit Young Center (1185 W Parnall Rd), Jackson County ISD Transportation (1161 W. Parnall), and Scott House (3313 Lansing Ave). The work includes wrecking out the existing system, running all necessary CAT6A cabling (plenum rated in plenum spaces), installing speakers, raceways, mounts, pipes, backer boxes, and faceplates, configuring five PA zones (Emergency, Lyle Torrant Center all page, Kit Young all page, Bus Garage all page, Scott House all page), activating 2-way intercom via button in each classroom, programming multiple bell schedules, integrating with Cisco Webex Calling and preparing for Informacast, providing a backup microphone in the main office, and ensuring all speakers are verified for proper volume. The vendor is responsible for all permits, pathway installation, fire-stopping penetrations, and coordinating any needed electrical work. The system must be located in MDF and IDF racks as indicated on maps. The vendor must also provide documentation including IP addresses, wire path maps, schematics, labeled cables, a quick 'How to' guide, and two training sessions (one for technical staff, one for end users).
