City of Statesboro (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
West Main & East Main Streetscape Improvements Project

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the City of Statesboro at 22 W. Grady Street,
Statesboro, Georgia 30458 (Attn: Darren Prather, Director of Central Services) until 10:00 AM, Local
Time on October 22nd, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:01 AM on October 22nd,
2026 in the Municipal Courtroom.
The project consists of hardscape, landscape, roadway, drainage, and minor electrical improvements along sections of East Main Street and West Main Street between Railroad Street and College Street. The scope of work also includes a new parking lot. Project design elements include new parking, access points, pedestrian upgrades, and drainage improvements, along with minor landscaping improvements and site lighting infrastructure. Specific pay items include traffic control, mobilization, construction materials and testing, clearing and grubbing, grading, asphalt concrete, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drain pipe, streetscape lighting, landscaping, and various pavement markings and signage.
