The Contracted Laboratory will provide professional laboratory testing services, technical staff, and support personnel for assigned projects on an as-needed basis. Services include, but are not limited to, laboratory testing/analytical services for EGLE's Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RRD) under applicable guidance. The work encompasses metals analysis, volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds, pesticides, PCBs, PFAS, and other environmental parameters. The laboratory must meet specifications in the EGLE RRD Published List of Target Detection Limits and Designated Analytical Methods, maintain quality assurance project plans, participate in proficiency testing, and comply with all chain of custody, reporting, and document retention requirements. The contract has a not-to-exceed total compensation of $2,000,000 and a term of four years.
