The Professional Services Contractor shall provide full Phase 100 services to evaluate the current condition of Hancock Creek Dam and the associated embankment, including a detailed report and order of magnitude cost estimates for two options: repair and modernization of the existing dam, and full replacement. The work includes a feasibility report describing pros and cons for each option, potential impacts to stakeholders, and cost estimates. The contractor shall also provide Phase 200 Preliminary Design tasks necessary for a complete feasibility report and Phase 500 preliminary cost information for budgeting. Deliverables include a study report meeting DTMB and MDNR approval, virtual design meetings at kickoff, 50% and 90% completion, and conceptual level design/construction estimates at 50%, 90%, and 100%.
