Statewide Telecommunication Products and Services
The State is seeking information on three telecom domains: Section A - Internet Service Provider (ISP) & Broadband Services (including business TV, CPE, WiFi, hotspot, enterprise internet, dedicated fiber, DDoS protection, cloud connect, wireless 4G/5G, SDCI/NaaS, DSL, satellite, and other services); Section B - Enterprise Data Communications Services (including data networking, network security & access, wireless networking, management/monitoring/control, unified communications, and related services); and Section C - Enterprise Voice Communication Services (including dial plans, IP toll-free services, enterprise SIP trunking, DDoS protection, and POTS replacement solutions). The State is not requesting pricing but wants information on cost structures, pricing models, available products/services, deployment models, support capabilities, contract structures, and relevant experience.
