Dunn County is looking to update their current
bulk tv service system and are requesting proposals from qualified service
providers for the purchase, installation, maintenance of equipment and recurring
monthly service of bulk TV service for a 137 bed skilled nursing facility
consisting of 3 separate buildings. Current service includes 60 channels for
approximately 160 televisions (not all smart TVs), 3 live stream locations from
the Chapels to a TV channel, along with 3 separate info channels where
community events, daily schedule, etc are broadcasted (could be combined into 1
if needed). Current service is provided through coax cables to each location
from a central distribution system for each building.
The selected service provider shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, installation, programming, training, and ongoing support necessary to deliver a complete and reliable Senior Living TV Solution for approximately 160 televisions across three buildings at The Neighbors of Dunn County. The solution must include a bulk TV programming package with a minimum of 60 channels, three live stream channels capable of broadcasting audio and video from chapel locations, and three facility information channels (preferably web-based). The provider must supply and install all necessary equipment, integrate with existing coaxial cable infrastructure, deliver training to Dunn County staff, and provide ongoing monthly service including maintenance and support.
