The work includes plugging and abandoning 22 orphan wells, removing all surface infrastructure, collecting and disposing of plugging waste, and restoring the locations. Specific tasks include clearing and grubbing sites, laying mats, installing/removing cellars, rigging up/down, removing surface piping and electrical infrastructure, removing and salvaging/scrapping equipment and buildings, disposing of non-salvageable debris, cutting and capping flow lines and well casings 4 feet below grade, and restoring each location by removing gravel, grading, and seeding.
