This Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the San Francisco Department of Technology (hereinafter, “DT” or “City”). DT, on behalf of all City departments, is seeking qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide proposals (“Proposals”) for enterprise identity, directory, access governance, and security professional services on an as-needed basis.
The City seeks qualified firms with demonstrated experience designing, implementing, integrating, migrating, securing, modernizing, and supporting complex enterprise identity environments. Services may include, but are not limited to, Cybersecurity technical services such as architecture, remediation, defense, endpoint security, hardening, identifying vulnerability points, installation of cyber security tools, etc. In addition to, Microsoft Active Directory (“AD”), Microsoft Entra ID, Identity and Access Management (“IAM”), Identity Governance and Administration (“IGA”), Privileged Access Management (“PAM”), Multi-Factor Authentication (“MFA”), Single Sign-On (“SSO”), identity verification and proofing, identity lifecycle management, access governance, cloud identity, application integrations, and physical access and badging integrations.
Through this Solicitation, the City intends to establish a pool of qualified Staffing Firms capable of providing specialized identity, directory, access governance, and cybersecurity professional resources on an as-needed basis.
