The contractor must also provide catering services for college events. The contractor is responsible for all food and supplies, equipment, personnel, and must comply with all health and safety regulations. The college will provide space, utilities, and some cleaning services. The contractor must pay a $700.00 monthly minimum plus a commission on gross sales less sales tax.
