Solicitation Overview
The City of San José is soliciting responses from qualified vendors for Outside Collection Agency Services.
SALES TAX: Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response. The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award.
ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates.
**ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION: **All responses to this solicitation must be submitted online through Biddingo, including all required forms and documentation, if applicable. BASIS OF AWARD IS NON-PRICE DETERMINATIVE: This solicitation shall be awarded based on an evaluation of “best value” as per the evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation documents.
LOCAL/SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PREFERENCE: The City’s Local and Small Business Enterprise (LBE/SBE) Preference is applicable to this solicitation. If your business has an office in Santa Clara County and a valid City of San José Business Tax Certificate, then you should refer to the solicitation documents for further information on applying for this preference. This preference may not be requested after the solicitation closing date/time.
