Stover Avenue Sidewalk Improvements (Fury Drive to Eagle Rock Drive)

This project generally entails the construction of street widening improvements on the south side of Stover Avenue between Fury Drive and Eagle Rock Drive. The improvements will include excavation to construct a new street roadway section, new concrete sidewalk, driveways, curb, gutter, and ADA pedestrian ramps, new traffic signing and striping, new underground electric streetlight facilities, reconnecting waterline services to new City installed water meters, and the relocation/reconstruction of private property fences, walls, mailboxes, and other miscellaneous items.

Any questions, interpretations, or clarifications, either administrative or technical, about this Bid must be submitted via “Q&A” through the City’s Electronic Bidding System, PlanetBids Vendor Portal. All written questions posted on the City’s electronic bidding website, and Proposers identified as “Prospective Bidders” on the City’s website will receive a notification via email. The final date and time to submit questions shall be 10 days prior to the bid opening date. Please refer to the website above for the bid opening date.

Notes
The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all licenses necessitated by the Contractor's operations. Prior to starting any work, the Contractor shall be required to have a City of Riverside Business Tax Registration valid for the life of the Contract; subcontractors shall also have Business Tax Registrations valid for the time they are engaged in the work.
