Contractor shall also be required to maintain hard surface areas, including pathways, unimproved parkways, curbs, gutters, and maintain buffer zones and sidewalks and to provide miscellaneous maintenance activities in Maintained Landscaped Areas.

All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP must be submitted via “Q&A” through the City’s Electronic Bidding System, PlanetBids Vendor Portal.
Any verbal communications will not be considered or responded to.
Any Proposer who violates this provision shall be immediately disqualified from consideration as a vendor under the terms of this RFP.
Notes
All Prospective Companies submitting a proposal must be listed on the "Prospective Bidders" tab on the City's bidding website. If the Proposer is not listed as a "Prospective Bidder" the proposal will not be considered.
Proposals not received electronically via the bidding website before the due date and time will not be accepted. Hard copy proposals will be rejected.
