Snow & Ice Removal Services Region 2 - FLP
This small order purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department.
The seller shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, fuel and de-icing materials to clear sidewalks, entrance walks, steps, landings, ADA ramps, book-drop access, emergency egress paths, hydrants and inlets, plow parking lots and drive aisles at Tier B and C sites, apply de-icing after each clearing pass and during refreeze conditions, provide pre-treatment when ordered, and respond to ice call-outs within two hours, with snow hauling and other storm labor on work order at hourly rates, from November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027.
