Snow & Ice Removal Services Region 1 - FLP
This small order purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department.
The Seller shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, fuel, and de-icing materials necessary to perform snow and ice removal services at each active Site throughout the contract term, November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Services include: clearing public sidewalks, steps, ramps, ADA routes, and parking lots; de-icing and pre-treatment applications; emergency ice call-outs; and snow hauling when ordered. The Seller must monitor weather conditions, mobilize for each event, and meet specified response times and service standards.
