The general prime contract scope of work includes selective renovation to building systems of an existing aircraft fire fighting building with a new addition including locker rooms and restrooms. The work includes but is not limited to the completion of the General Prime contract scope of work for the ARFF #78 Expansion 1 project, as shown and described in the plans, specifications and herein. An additional corrective work allowance of $100,000 is included for items identified by the Engineer.
