Campus Operations and Planning(PDC), through Office of Building Compliance (OBC), is seeking qualifiedtechnical service providers (TSPs) to provide independent, third-party codecompliance inspection services and testing services in support of theconstruction of new buildings, additions, renovations, and alterations acrossUniversity owned and leased facilities.
The selected technical service providers (TSPs) will perform field inspections, testing, documentation, and coordination services required by reference codes and the Owner's Design and Construction Standards (DCS). Services include generating field reports, documenting work inspected, reporting non-compliance, reviewing Construction Documents, and attending construction meetings as requested. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis for projects varying in size and complexity at locations including the Main Campus, J. J. Pickle Research Campus, UT Dell Campus, West Pickle Research Campus, Dell Seton Medical Center, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, Brackenridge Tract, McDonald Observatory, and Marine Science Institute.
