This project is the construction of approximately 6.10 miles from SR 4003/Segment 0010/Offset 0000 to SR 4003/Segment 0080/Offset 3680 and from SR 4003/Segment 0090/Offset 0000 to SR 4003/Segment 0110/Offset 2810, including flexible base replacement, overlays with Superpave Asphalt Mixtures, guiderail, delineators, and pavement markings, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package.
Additional Information: This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted. The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
