This partial Design/build project includes milling, overlay (scratch, wearing course), base repair, manual patching, curb ramps, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 0248, SECTION 11M, in NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, CITY OF EASTON, WILSON BOROUGH, PALMER TOWNSHIP from approximately segment 0490 offset 2038 at SR 2012 (25th St) to segment 0570 offset 1423 at SR 611 (Larry Holmes Drive) and segment 0491 offset 2016 to segment 0491 offset 2769. This project also includes the realignment of Pearl Street and Bushkill Street to a T-intersection in the City of Easton from segment 0550 offset 1705 to segment 0560 offset 0201. The work includes a mill and overlay of the roadway with partial full-depth reconstruction along with curb ramps, drainage improvements, pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction.
Additional Information: This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted. The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
