Sealed Bids for the Willow Avenue Water Main Replacement Project will be received online by the Borough of Walnutport, Northampton County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 am local time on November 3, 2026. Online bids shall be submitted by way of the PennBid Program. Paper bids will not be accepted for this project. The Project consists of: Installation of approximately 1,400 LF of 6-inch water main, 15 residential service lines, ties to existing mains, associated fittings and valves, restoration of disturbed areas and overlay paving of streets.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates Apply, Section 3 Labor Requirements and MBE/WBE Solicitations are required and specific requirements are contained in the contract documents. Performance and Payment Security equal to 100% of the contract amount is required.
The Borough of Walnutport, Owner, hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, or portions thereof, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
