GASCOLA EQUALIZATION FACILITYCONCRETE REPAIRS & INSTALLATIONS PROJECT
This project includes, but is not limited to, the following work: Concrete Spall Repair; Concrete Crack Repair; Selective Concrete Demolition; Steel Framing Repair and Painting; Metal Handrail & Guard Repair Relocation and Installation; Steel Lintel Replacement; Façade Repairs including Tuckpointing, Masonry Rebuild, Flashing; Excavations; Roof Waterproofing Membrane Installation; Subsurface Waterproofing Membrane Installation; Pipe Replacements; French Drain Installation; Incidental electrical conduit repair & relocation; Site Grading; Site restoration; and all other Incidental items.
Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on these projects.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for the Gascola Equalization Facility Concrete Repairs & Installations Project on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at 102 Duff Road, Penn Hills, PA 15235. The facility will be visited during the Pre-bid meeting. Contractors MUST attend the pre-bid meeting to be eligible to bid the contract.
Contractors shall note that all site visits require 24-hour notice and will not be permitted without making an appointment. The Water Pollution Control Department can be contacted at 412-798-2171 to schedule appointments.
All proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid (www.PennBid.net), before 10:30 a.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. At that time, Bids will be opened with results displayed publicly on PennBid.
