Work includes proper preparation and pressure cleaning of structures to remove stains, mildew, algae, and dirt/grime. Surfaces include buildings, concrete surfaces (walkways, racquet ball courts, concrete bollards, sidewalks, brick paver walkways, curbing, picnic slabs, picnic table/benches, car stops, park benches with wooden slats), asphalt surfaces (roadways and parking areas), wood surfaces, and picnic shelters/pavilions (including roof, truss, posts, tie beams, and eaves). Rooftops are included if applicable per project. Work shall be performed in a professional manner and meet industry standards.
