The contractor shall provide complete year-round turf and landscape management operations, including turf management and maintenance of all golf course areas; clubhouse, parking lot, and entranceway landscaping and maintenance; turf maintenance equipment; maintenance facility and on-course restroom custodial services and maintenance; and lake and wetland management and maintenance. The contractor must hire sufficient staff, including a full-time on-site Golf Course Superintendent (GCSAA Class A certified or equivalent) at three courses, an Assistant Superintendent, an equipment manager/mechanic, a licensed dedicated spray tech, and a dedicated irrigation tech at each of the three main courses, and a full-time golf maintenance supervisor at John Prince Golf Learning Center. The contractor must also provide weekly and monthly summaries, meet weekly with the County representative, and implement turf management programs to maintain and improve playing conditions.
