The successful bidder will provide laboratory analysis services for Palm Beach County, including sample collection containers, daily sample pickup from the PBC Water Utilities Laboratory in Delray Beach, FL, sample receipt and log-in, chain of custody procedures, data storage, and reporting. The bidder must perform analyses as specified in 92 tables covering parameters such as primary and secondary inorganics, disinfection byproducts, radiochemical analysis, synthetic organics, volatile organic compounds, metals, and microbiological testing. The bidder must also supply ice chests, sample containers, and packing materials, and must pass an on-site inspection before award. The contract includes options for rush samples and field sampling services.
